Eleanor’s Home Baking started almost by accident, when we were having a coffee in a friend’s gallery/coffee shop and he was lamenting the lack of cakes on offer because his usual supplier was ill. Without thinking, Eleanor said “Do you need someone to bake cakes for you? I do home baking, I’ll bring you some samples.”

That was way back in 2009. Since then Eleanor has baked for three coffee/tea shops and one farm shop here in Cornwall as well as supplying individual customers, doing special order birthday cakes and buffet catering for up to 30 people.
